Sam Horn Building is a Newcastle-based custom home builder focused on high-quality design, careful planning and long-term performance.
We take a considered approach to every stage of the build, from transparent quoting and early design input through to building-envelope detailing and the final finishes. The goal is not simply to deliver a home that looks good on completion, but one that remains comfortable, durable and well built for decades.

Our Story
Sam’s path into building started early, working alongside his father and learning the trade from the ground up.
That experience shaped the way he approaches construction today: understand the details, take pride in the work and never accept “good enough” when something can be done properly.
Over time, that mindset developed into Sam Horn Building, a team focused on custom homes, considered planning and a higher standard of construction across Newcastle and the Hunter.
What began as a passion for carpentry has grown into a business built around long-term relationships, strong communication and homes designed to perform as well as they look.
